PAPGAI was formed in 1959 and since then, it is playing a leading & pivotal role for the betterment of Printing and Graphic Arts Industry by providing professional training. It is the 2nd largest industry of Pakistan in terms of providing employment.
With members from over 825 organizations across Pakistan, it is also closely associated with technical institutes of Pakistan.
The industry gives employment to approx. 2 million and has also attracted significant foreign investments in Pakistan. PAPGAI is also the member of Federation of Asia Print Organization and the members are: Pakistan, China, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Japan, Vietnam, Nepal, Bangladesh and UAE. Asia Print holds a Conference and a Working Committee Meeting annually, within the member countries. PAPGAI is likely to host next working committee meeting probably during PrintPak 2022.
